So it’s a new day and I am happy to be able to see it begin. But I have to admit I went to sleep last night with a lot on my mind. Some of it dealt with some questions I got from a friend/former supervisor and blog reader. Some of it dealt with how I was gonna write this particular blog. Most of it dealt with a comment that was made to me last night by my wife right before I went to bed. So I will address this…or shall I say vent this first.
So last week I posted on Facebook that the truth would be set straight today and I am really relieved to be doing this. Like the picture above I feel unchained in many ways. I have to give my Lord and Savior praise for the message today because it was the same title as this blog. I also have to give a big shout to the messenger of this message because how it was delivered was key to my understanding how it applied to me on a personal level.

This video was done the day after the original phone call from the recruiter. About 20 minutes into the conversation with the recruiter I discovered he was not looking at my resume. This did not sit well with me but I kept my composure. Once again this was not done to make anyone look bad but it is to show the severity of the issue of employment and the effects it can have on a person.

I want to take a minute from the normal blogging to send my prayers out to the citizens of Haiti. On the right hand side of the page you will see a banner for all to donate money to help in the recovery & relief for the citizens of Haiti. In between job hunting I have found myself watching a lot of documentaries or shows that center around our government and future possible life threatening situations. For lack of a better term…CONSPIRACY THEORY videos and shows. One of the shows I watch is Jesse Ventura’s Conspiracy Theory show on the cable station TruTV. Now many will say what is being shown is not true, they may say none of it is fact, and will do all they can to stop a person from the choice of believing what they are seeing and hearing or not.
